A request from Ayatollah Khamenei, a retired high-ranking judge, former deputy prosecutor appointed specially for the clergy, and a current lawyer, regarding the investigation of Saeed Jalili's accusations, from the actions of 2088 to the Crescent case,

Respectfully, I am a humble student who is proud of the youth of all the cells of his being in love with His Holiness the Almighty and my dear country of Islamic Iran and its loving and oppressed people, and His Holiness Imam Quds Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and the sublime values of the Imam and the Revolution and is still beating, which is the proof of this claim that from the age of 13 he has been distributing leaflets and practical treatises and tapes. I entered the field of the revolution and fought against the Taghut and the Taghutcheh, and at the age of 15, I began to study religious sciences at the Haqqani School in Qom, and was arrested twice during the Taghut regime by SAVAK agents, the first time I had just reached the age of 18, and after the glorious Islamic Revolution, I fought for more than 15 months on the fronts of the war of truth against falsehood, and in two cultural dimensions. I fought militarily until I was finally expelled from the front by the war commanders because of the dedication of my two dear brothers, one of whom was a soldier of Hazrat Hujjat, and two nieces, cousins, cousins, aunts, and dozens of martyrs from my distant and close relatives to the revolution, Islam and the country, and for more than three decades.  

I boldly take the opportunity to summon His Holiness:

It is not in the best interest of the country and the Islamic Republic to remain silent and not to investigate an open case in which the main defendant is Mr. Saeed Jalili, one of the approved candidates for the recent presidency and appointed by His Holiness in the Expediency Council and the Supreme National Security Council, and who has been the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council for many years

Because people are going back and asking: Why is a case that has been kept silent and not investigated when the former Minister of Oil, Mr. Engineer Zanganeh, has accused him of sabotaging and preventing the implementation of the important and vital Crescent contract, the implementation of which could have generated hundreds of billions of dollars in revenue for the country, and its failure to implement it so far has led to the country's conviction to pay tens of billions of dollars in fines in international courts. The side of the recent approved presidential candidate, Mr. Pourmohammadi, has been accused of preventing and obstructing the implementation of the JCPOA.

If that order had been implemented, many of the existing problems and imbalances would not have arisen in the country today, and today we would not have witnessed the deaths of many of our compatriots in Tehran and other big cities due to severe air pollution and the partial closure of the country, and according to the quote of the late Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani, which was approved at the same time by the late Ayatollah Hashemi Shahroudi, the head of the Judiciary at the time, and Dr. Mohsen. Rezaei was appointed as the secretary of the Expediency Council at the time, and Dr. Ali Larijani was appointed as the then Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and recently, Mr. Ali Larijani, the honorable advisor to His Holiness, emphasized the correctness of this statement.

 Accordingly, Mr. Jalili has been accused of preventing Mr. Mir Hossein Mousavi Zeid-Azza's speech on television to call on the people to leave the streets and refrain from continuing the protests in 2009, which would certainly not have caused that great catastrophe if that speech had been made, and as a result, all the financial, human and reputational losses would not have been inflicted on the country and would not have caused the loss of the regime's huge social capitalWas

Therefore, as a religious, revolutionary and patriotic duty, I humbly request His Holiness to order the honorable Head of the Judiciary to make a judicial arrangement to deal with this important matter, consisting of pious and experienced and impartial judges, and to deal with these great and heavy accusations, and to broadcast the matter directly through the national media so that the people can better know their honest servants and know what is going on. Heavy and irreparable damages have been inflicted on them, their country and their system by this totalitarian minority of Islam and the revolution itself.
