Dirty tricks!

The philosophy of establishing the Prosecutor's Office and the Special Court for the Clergy is to protect the social status and prevent the desecration of the clergy. This institution was established by order of Ayatollah Khomeini and its bylaws were announced by the head of Ayatollah Khamenei's office after his approval.
The investigation of political charges in this institution, which is not mentioned in the Constitution, has always been and still is the subject of the Painter. The problem arose because the type of appointed prosecutors were security and aligned with the faction, such as Ali Fallahian, Mohammad Mohammadi Rayshahri, Ruhollah Hosseinian, etc.

The investigation of political charges does not have a good precedent in history because the party to the dispute is the government. In this particular area, in the Clergy Prosecutor's Office and at the stage of the trial, there were more or less cases of immorality and the use of dirty tricks in making sexual and moral accusations. I am aware that this claim has security/judicial implications, but I will mention a few cases in order to go down in history and especially to deal with these Stalinist methods:

During the interrogation of the child of one of the marja's who is a student, the interrogator, who is unable to break him, informs him that the cases of your relationship with the woman who has confessed and the video of which is available are on the table! Of course, with the defendant's crushing response and the reaction of his friends outside the prison, the interrogator is disarmed.

In the fourth branch of the courthouse in one of the cities, the head of the branch says to a respected cleric who is in his 70s on the channel, "You have gone to Antalya (or Thailand, I am hesitant)!" The defendant says that my passport is stamped with the Lebanese stamp! The head of the branch says, "I am saying this based on the report of the Intelligence Department." When the accused investigates, the Information Department accuses the investigator of lying! (Apparently, this head of the branch was promoted and transferred to the Revolutionary Court)

In the same city, a clerical university professor with a doctorate in law was accused of acting in such an interrogation and interrogation.... He had been living on nerve pills for many years.  

To be more precise, the interrogation was conducted under the pseudonym of Saeedi, who had an assistant named Ghasemi, the son of Mr. Saeed's sister. During interrogation, he would say to me, "You are a pure person, but do you know where his wife is now, who is currently in the cell on the other side?!" (Shame on you!) Then he would say, "He who is in the cell next to you, do you know that he had whiskey and vodka during the search of his house?! (Shame on you!) He is also a friend of a friend... He had given it to the people. One day, the same friend asks to be transferred from solitary confinement. Investigator Saeedi said: "You can't be transferred to the general ward, but we have one person who we put in the cell with everyone we put in the cell." In the name of Allah, you are ready! (...)

(This interrogator was the special agent in charge of investigating the case of some of Ayatollah Montazeri's students!)

It is not bad to mention the fault of this interrogator, and I want to mention his religiosity as well. This interrogator of the Prosecutor's Office for the Protection of the Sanctity and Desecration of the Clergy, when he came for interrogation in the morning, he would perform ablution, wear an agate ring, and with the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful, with a special expression, he would begin to protect and prevent the insult of the clergy. By the way! He also smelled a pleasant perfume and said that it was a souvenir of Karbala!

What this kind of person did elsewhere, including in the interrogation of those accused of serial murders and those accused of assassinating nuclear scientists, the brothers themselves know better than I do!
