Greetings

Has the confidentiality of the 250-page report by Sheikh Mohammad Esmail Ferdowsipour to Ayatollah Khamenei, with a special mission regarding the atrocities of the prosecutor's office and special courts for clergy, and the explicit notes of Ayatollah Khamenei on each section of this report, which was submitted to the Leader's Special Inspection Office, not ended since 1990, so that this extremely important historical document can be published?

Shouldn't the people, the families of the accused, the convicted, and the deceased of these courts know what this extremely important report contained that led to:

1. Despite all the dissatisfaction and anger of Sheikh Mohammad Mohammadi Rey Shirazi, the appointed prosecutor, and Sheikh Ali Razini, the Sharia judge of the court, a very limited set of regulations was prepared for the special courts for clergy, and it was named #Law, but the Leader of the Islamic Republic refrained from using the term law in its approval and wrote: with #the mentioned cases...

Although this very limited regulation was later amended and approved by Sheikh Mohammad Salimi, the appointed prosecutor, and slightly improved the atmosphere of this prosecutor's office and special court.

2. The execution of sentences was carried out by Sharia judges instead of the prosecutor, who is the executor of the sentence (such as the execution of Seyyed Mehdi Hashemi by Sheikh Ali Razini). The Sharia judge, instead of Sheikh Ali Fallahian, the prosecutor who stated in an interview that Seyyed Mehdi was not even aware of the court's execution order and it had not been communicated to him, also prevented the execution of lashes on the accused and convicts by the Sharia judge.

3. Ayatollah Khamenei instructed Sheikh Rouhollah Hosseinian and Sheikh Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejehi that if they wanted to remain in the special prosecutor's office for clergy, they must wear clerical attire, and they did so to stay in this prosecutor's office.

4. Coordination was made with the Expediency Discernment Council so that the accused could have special lawyers in these courts, although the lawyers are clergymen approved by the court, and this limitation on legal representation continues in this special authority
