An unheard account of Gholamhossein Karbaschi's arrest for the first time

In the first arrest, which lasted less than a week, Gholamhossein Karbaschi was sent to Evin prison with the temporary detention order of the Noumiri judge.

But it is as if Mohseni Ejieh and the heads of the judiciary at the time knew that this arrest could not last long and they would bring the atmosphere to a point where Ayatollah Khamenei would be asked for special intervention.

Parts of that consultation can be read in Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani's memoirs of April 1998 (although audited).

What is more important is that Gholamhossein Karbaschi was kept in the special and exclusive rooms of Mohseni Eghieh instead of the public prison.

In addition to being a special prosecutor for the clergy, Egieh; At that time, he was the head of Branch 3 of the Tehran Islamic Revolution Court and the head of Branch 40 of the Tehran General Court at the same time, in the special judicial complex, and those special rooms were at his disposal from the time he replaced the prosecutor of the Islamic Revolution in the Ministry of Information.

Even though Kerbaschi was not in public prison, they deliberately dressed him in prison clothes and waited for the next move of the politicians and the future.

With the requests of the head of the government reforms and others from Ayatollah Khamenei and with his order to Sheikh Mohammad Yazdi, the head of the judiciary at the time, and then the order of Sheikh Mohammad Yazdi to Sheikh Ali Razini, the head of Tehran's judiciary, and then Sheikh Jafar Qadiani, the head of the special judicial complex (the current prosecutor of judges) ) and was released from the special detention center by changing the temporary detention order to a proportionate guarantee.

Later, after Mohseni Ajieh became the head of the special judicial complex, with consultations even by the head of the reform government, it was decided that Ajieh would be tried by the special notification of the head of the judiciary, judge and special judge.
