According to recent reports, the judges of the 9th branch of the Supreme Court
The possibility of canceling the death penalty issued against Saleh Mirhashmi, Majid Kazemi and Saheed Yaqoubi, the three defendants in the "Khane Isfahan" case, has been formally recognized if the parents of the three dead agents give their consent.

In the same context, although in order to facilitate the issuance and execution of the death penalty, Isfahan General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office and the First Branch of the Isfahan Islamic Revolution Court, in full cooperation with the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Organization, as the case officer, have issued the charge of moharebeh instead of intentional murder to the accused. However, in the text of the appeal document announced, in the event of the parents' death, there is a possibility of a reduction in the death penalty and a review by the Pardon and Forgiveness Commission of the Judiciary. It seems that this means that according to the judges of the 9th branch of the Supreme Court, the main reason for confirming the death sentence is the supervision of the defendants in intentional murder, while it seems that the commission of intentional murder by the defendants has not been proven in the case.

Also, according to the case documents (primary court report), only the parents of one of the three agents who allegedly died as a result of the accused's shooting demanded revenge (the brother of one of them) and the other parents did not ask for revenge.

In addition, there is no reliable news about the resumption of the trial from the head of the Supreme Court to Abdi Media.
