Extension-Khar Group: In an interview with Extension, an informed source informed about the deterioration of the general health condition of Taher Naqvi, a lawyer imprisoned in Evin prison, and his transfer to the prison's infirmary.  According to this well-informed source, Vadod Asadi, another political prisoner in this prison, was transferred to the hospital on Friday evening.

This informed source also stated that Tahir Naqvi's kidney condition requires immediate treatment and undergoing specialized treatment after ultrasound, but despite this, they still refuse to send him to specialized treatment centers.

This source also stated that the last prescription and medicine that is considered for him in the prison health center is cold medicine, which is not a suitable or even relevant treatment to solve the physical problem of this prisoner.

Also, according to this knowledgeable source, it should be noted that if the situation of these two political prisoners is not addressed, their family's sit-in in front of Evin prison will resume on Monday.

It should be mentioned that these two political prisoners started their hunger strike on the 5th of November and this strike is still going on despite all the physical problems.  Informed sources have also told "Emtada" that other political prisoners, including Mr. Ajaklou, Ayaz Seifkhah, Azimi and Parveen, have also announced that they will join the hunger strike from Monday if the demands of Mr. Naqvi and Asadi continue to be ignored.
