Shervin Hajipour has released a video announcing the conclusion of the proceedings regarding his case, stating that it has been pardoned and completely closed.

In the video, Hajipour also expressed his gratitude to Mohsen Chavoshi, mentioning that the singer had been diligently working to resolve his issues until the very last moment.

Previously, the first branch of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Sari had sentenced Shervin Hajipour to three years in prison for allegedly inciting and provoking the public to violence and murder with the intent of undermining national security. This sentence, categorized as a maximum penalty, was subject to execution. However, after an appeal, the "42nd" branch of the Appeals Court in Mazandaran Province suspended one and a half years of this sentence for a period of two years.

Now, according to Shervin Hajipour's announcement, the singer has been completely acquitted and pardoned. It seems that the whispers of Hajipour's official activities resuming in Iran have become a reality, and we can soon expect the start of his activities within the country.
