The police chief of Mazandaran province, in a meeting whose details are not clear, but the picture is very clear, orders the first lieutenant to break the necks of the miscreants. At that particular moment and in the crowd of commanders, there is no one to warn the general; No, commander! You have no right to do that.

Even if you were the commander of the victorious army, even if you were omnipotent like the Russian generals in Tabriz, Qazvin and Gilan at the beginning of the constitution, you still did not have such a right. Sardar, out of respect for the stars on your shoulders, you must think about the consequences of your words before they are spoken.

Did you think that in one moment you left the hands of the police under your command free to do any violence? I emphasize that any violence, not under a single article or a note, but under the most interpretable word in these inflammatory days of the country. In what sense did you really use "abnormality" and for whom? For murderers, thieves, embezzlers, benefactors wearing hijab, pimps, or anyone who ignores a red light sign. You didn't think for a moment that your amber force will allow itself to "break its neck" with the interpretation of "abnormality".

If we are living in the same country and at the same time, you, as the military commander of this country, do not even have the right to slap an arrested thief during a robbery, the same goes for a murderer with bloody hands. No, Sardar, you have no right to break the neck of a criminal. Let alone the neck of norm breakers, which you are neither allowed to interpret nor entitled to determine its examples. The same law that you mentioned has defined your limits and your authority is not in "breaking the neck" but in "keeping the law".
