Talks between Iran and the United States scheduled to begin on Saturday in Muscat have a time limit

Ahmad Zeidabadi wrote on his Telegram channel:

The talks scheduled to begin on Saturday between Iran and the United States in Muscat have a time limit, and the effects of their success or failure are unimaginable. Therefore, these negotiations are very sensitive, dangerous, complex, and ultimately fragile!

The reality is that the Muscat negotiations are unlike any of the previous negotiations between the governments of the Islamic Republic and the United States, including the negotiations that led to the JCPOA. Previous talks have been held either on technical and tactical issues, or with the intention of delaying time to temporarily pass through a dangerous crisis, or with the aim of testing the future performance of the other side, while the talks between the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyyed Abbas Araghchi and the US President's Special Representative for the Middle East Steve Witkoff in the capital of Amman have a much more goal than the above.

The main goal of the Donald Trump administration in negotiating with the Islamic Republic is apparently defined on two levels. The first level is the removal of the half-century of hostility between Tehran and Washington and mutual cooperation between the two countries.
