The investigating judge of the Fourth Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Arak has issued a decision to drop charges based on a legal and fair reasoning regarding the report of propaganda against the system aimed at the speaker of the memorial for the late Asadollah Amini in Arak.

The decision states:

"Criticism of governance methods is the inalienable right of every Iranian citizen."

"The judiciary should not become a tool for political vendettas."

It is not entirely clear whether the prosecutor or the deputy prosecutor agreed with the mentioned decision; however, since the decision has been issued, it can be inferred that the prosecutor or the deputy prosecutor under their supervision has also consented to it.
