Mr. Pezeshkian must explicitly declare that his red line is a lie. Any official who lies about the duties related to his authority will undoubtedly be dismissed. He must also accept responsibility for this and determine a mechanism to deal with possible lies by government officials, and he must be held accountable in this case as well.
