Now, it remains the secretariat of this council, that if it has been able to prevent the law passed by the parliament on its own, with any considerations, then the parliament is no longer a parliament where the secretariat of a council, albeit excellent, has been able to prevent the law of "the parliament that is at the head of affairs."

However, if Ayatollah Khamenei's oral or written opinion has been communicated by the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council and through one of his representatives, and it is expedient not to mention the Ayatollah's name, it is another discussion that has nothing to do with me.
