Mr. First Vice President,

With the establishment of the Supreme Councils and the powers of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic to create them, according to Article 57 of the Constitution and other aspects of compliance or non-compliance with laws and fundamental legal principles, I won't delve into that.

However, the Legal Assistant to the President and the area of constitutional assistance, along with all legal and judicial bodies of the Islamic Republic, must listen repeatedly to the statements of Sheikh Khosrow Panah, the Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

They should also review the notification from the Office of the Supreme Leader to the sitting President, which I published long ago in Abdi Media, and construct a legal justification for it, noting that in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the resolutions of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, whether general or specific, now fall under the decree and command of the absolute jurist, and even the courts of the Islamic Republic, which have general jurisdiction to handle the complaints and pleas of individuals, cannot intervene or rule on these matters, even assuming a formal review and issuing a decision to dismiss the claim.

Previously, according to the Administrative Justice Court law, one could not file a complaint against the resolutions of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, as it was deemed a violation of the right to seek justice and redress.

However, now even the general courts do not have the authority to address their own inherent jurisdiction.

A minimal legal justification for preventing individuals from seeking justice in the courts with such decisiveness suffices.

Isn’t it beautifully bitter?
