جناب آقای دکتر احمد نادری درود

You are absolutely right.

I'm writing to draw attention to my previous note regarding the recent statements by the Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution about the teaching of the Constitution, as mentioned by Dr. Aref, the First Vice President.

I must point out that the critical issue here is that the citizens' right to legal recourse and access to justice, as enshrined in the Constitution, has been violated.

Other resolutions by this council and legislation supposedly justified under Article 57 of the Constitution are also problematic.

And don’t other councils legislate, such as the heads of branches of government, economic coordination, and cyberspace councils?

Moreover, even if all members of Parliament were to come together to pass a resolution to prevent such actions, they would never have the ability to oppose it, let alone the judiciary.

It's regrettable that, as a Member of Parliament, you find yourself in a position where you can do little more than tweet about this issue.
