در پی انتصاب غیرقانونی #ظریف، روز گذشته، بعنوان رئیس کمیسیون #اصل_نود مجلس، بصورت رسمی، دادخواست شکایت به دیوان عدالت اداری ارسال کردم.در این دادخواست بصورت شفاف اعلام کردیم، این انتصاب بر خلاف قانون است و باید ابطال شود.
کمیسیون اصل نود حتما تا اجرای قانون پیگیری خواهد کرد.
