موسوی لاری: پزشکیان آخرین تیری بوده است که حکومت در ترکشش داشت/ شکست او فاجعه بار است/ وفاق، بده‌بستان نیست

Seyyed Abdol Vahid Mousavi Lari, Minister of Interior in the Reformist Government:

"Consensus is not a bargaining process; it is about opening the field for the demands of the majority while giving weight to the minority, but without making them stakeholders. We should acknowledge them but not create a joint stock company with them. This is the path that Mr. Pezeshkian must pursue, and if he does not choose this path, Mr. Momeni will also be unable to take any action.

In my opinion, it will become clear in these three months who Mr. Momeni's colleagues are in his campaign and in the provinces. During this period, it will be shown how Mr. Pezeshkian intends to interact with the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Intelligence, the IRGC Intelligence, and the main decision-makers in the country.

If they manage to move towards the majority in these three months, I hope that both sustainable development will occur and that there will be interaction with the outside world and consensus within the country. However, if they fail, Mr. Pezeshkian will have been the last arrow in the government's quiver, and if he also fails, I would say it would be catastrophic; Mr. Pezeshkian's defeat would be a disaster."
