Foreign policy is not a field for stubbornness and slogans; it is a field for rationality, national interests, and calculated decisions.

Mostafa Moein, Minister of Science in the Reformist Government:

We must acknowledge that the JCPOA was the product of national consensus and long, tough negotiations. Some believed that through pressure and obstruction, they could invalidate it.

Foreign policy is not a field for stubbornness and slogans; it is a field for rationality, national interests, and calculated decisions.

Mr. Pezeshkian’s government came to power under circumstances where the country carried a heavy legacy from the past, including extensive sanctions, economic and social crises, and a decline in public trust.

If in the past some weakened the JCPOA with partisan and narrow-minded views, today we must not allow the same mindset to bring the country to a deadlock again.

In recent years, pressures, restrictions, and a security-focused approach to universities have caused this important institution to stray from its core function.

During Ahmadinejad’s era, populist slogans and unprofessional decisions caused the country to miss great opportunities.

Ahmadinejad came to power with slogans of returning to principles and justice, but in practice, he caused the greatest harm to those very principles and justice.
