Yesterday, Tuesday, September 11, Mohammad Taghi Akbarnezhad was transferred to Qom prison after appearing at the Special Clerical Court in Qom to serve his sentence.Additionally, it has been reported that Mr. Akbarnezhad has submitted his request for a retrial based on the regulations of the Special Clerical Court and Prosecutor to the appointed prosecutor and the Sharia judge of the Special Clerical Courts.
