The published video shows Mehdi Maqsoomi, the director in charge of the House of Rights news agency and former head of the General Directorate of Laws and Municipal Council Affairs of Tehran, trying to ask a question in English at a meeting of the United Nations Fact-Finding Committee in Geneva.

Sara Hussain, the chairperson of the meeting, tells her that she did not understand her question and that she should repeat it again.
