Usulgara newspaper addressed to Karroubi: instead of creating chaos, repent of your past/ Your display of morality and compassion is regrettable

Last Thursday, in a meeting with Mirhossein Mousavi's children at his personal home, Mehdi Karroubi spoke critical words about the conditions of the country, the functioning of the system and even the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution with surprising shamelessness.

He claimed that the leader of the revolution did not respect the people's vote and that the country has deviated from the right path as a result of his decisions.

He took the shamelessness further and said: "Mr. Khamenei not only did not tolerate the people's vote, but also supported fraud and violent repression and accused us of sedition, short-sightedness and greed, but he claimed to have destroyed the insight of economy, culture, security and morality."

These words and display of morality and compassion from a charming sheikh who is a symbol of disregard for people's opinions and political immorality in post-revolutionary history are ridiculous and regrettable.

In his recent speech, Sheikh Shahrashob talked about the disregard for the people's vote and the economic, cultural and moral disorders, but the reality is that if someone wants to talk about the people's right to choose and vote, he must first have a clear history of respecting this right.
