The Director General is requested to submit a report on the implementation of the Iran Safeguards Agreement under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the implementation of all relevant Security Council resolutions, including resolutions 1696 (2006), 1737 (2006), 1747 (2007), 1803 (2008), 1835 (2008) and 1929 (2010), before each regular quarterly meeting of the Board of Governors, in accordance with past practice.2. The Director General is requested to ensure that the report requested in paragraph 1 of the executive section includes information related to the verification of Iran's uranium stockpiles, including locations, amounts, chemical forms, enrichment levels, and stockpiles of centrifuges and related equipment.3. The Director General is requested to submit the reports mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the executive part of the resolution to the Security Council in accordance with the procedures set by the Agency.4. Recalls its conclusion in resolution GOV/2025/38 that Iran is not in compliance with its Safeguards Agreement under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) within the framework of Article 12 (c) of the Statute, and emphasizes in this context that Iran's high-enriched uranium stockpile that remains in Iran and has not been verified by the IAEA for more than five months remains a serious concern and an issue of compliance with Iran's Safeguards Agreement under the NPT. As detailed in Resolution GOV/2025/65.5. It calls on Iran to fully and without delay comply with its legal obligations under the above-mentioned Security Council resolutions and to fully and promptly cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency, including by providing information and access requested by the Agency for this purpose.6. Reaffirms Iran's commitment to fully and unconditionally comply with its Safeguards Agreement in the NPT, including by implementing amended clause 3.1, to provide the IAEA without delay with detailed information on Iran's safeguarded nuclear material inventory and nuclear facilities and to grant all necessary access to verify this information.7. Urges Iran to fully adhere to the provisions of the Additional Protocol that it signed on December 18, 2003, and to implement this action fully and without delay.8. Decides to place the clause "Implementation of the Safeguards Agreement of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the relevant provisions of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran" on the agenda of its next regular session and asks the Director General to report to the Council on the implementation of this resolution according to this clause.
