The final version of the bill to support the culture of chastity and hijab, which was sent to the Islamic Council last week, was published.

In part of the text of this bill, it is stated: If the perpetrator refuses to pay the fine within one month after being notified of the amount of the fine, he shall notify the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while the fine will be doubled. To notify the offender of the fine amount and the result through his bank account. If, for any reason, it is not possible to collect the fine, all banks and credit institutions are prohibited from providing any banking and credit services, including issuing or renewing bank cards, until the said fines are paid.
