"Requesting the creation of 'specialized branches' is aimed at influencing the judge's verdict."

The Deputy of Human Resources of the Judiciary said: Various entities want specialized branches in the judiciary so that non-specialist judges will rule in their favor.

According to a report by the social affairs correspondent of Tasnim News Agency, Mohammad Baqer Alfat, Deputy of Human Resources and Cultural Affairs of the Judiciary, stated: Legal entities (both public and private) and individuals such as banks, the Stock Exchange Organization, and the Endowment Organization frequently request the judiciary to establish specialized branches for them. The necessity for a specialized branch is a specialized judge; otherwise, a specialized branch without a specialized judge will not benefit the country, and non-specialist judges will suffer from bias.

Alfat continued: Banks, municipalities, and various entities seek specialized branches so that non-specialist judges will rule in their favor; however, we are obligated to implement the legislator's orders. We emphasize that if specialized branches are established without the necessary conditions, they will become problematic. Therefore, to establish specialized branches, such as in the mining sector, a professional judge who understands the mining situation, is familiar with the culture and activities of miners, and knows their problems is essential. This will enable them to make the right decisions, which means not halting the mining industry or creating obstacles to continued production.
