But the question is, why did you establish the foundation of dealing with shell hijabs through the channel of the headquarters of the matter of what is known and what is prohibited from what is wrong? The same process led to the tragedy of Mehsa Amini's murder and several months of protests and the killing of dozens of people, the blinding of hundreds of people, and the arrest and detention of tens of thousands of people.

Today, it is clear to everyone that even after the Mahsa movement, you are the only rigid defender of the punitive treatment of loose hijabs and non-hijabs by the violent and sometimes wild privates of Atash Bakhtiar, in offices, universities and some public environments, Your Excellency. And you have declared it as one of your four red lines.

I wish your Excellency or someone on your behalf would provide explanations to the nation and public opinion about why this policy is in conflict with Mr. Khomeini's policy.

Of course, you have already considered one of the reasons for this policy to be the irrevocable duty of the Islamic government to implement Islamic laws, but of course, it must be explained how the founding fathers of the system did not assign such a duty to the government.
