We must accept the fact that at the beginning of Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi's presidency of the judiciary, he made great efforts to realize his major judicial policies.

Among those efforts was the receipt of a written request for the transfer of Sheikh Mohammad Moghiseh, the head of Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran.

The result of Sheikh Moghiseh's written desire was for Seyyed Ebrahim Ra'isi to transfer him from the Revolutionary Court to the Supreme Court and to appoint him as an advisor to the Court.

Then, it was planned that Sheikh Moghiseh would go to Branch 6 of the Supreme Court as an advisor, which was a branch with no margins and had non-specific and public cases.

Of course, Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi did not have the strength to transfer Abolghasem Salavati from Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran, but in practice, specific cases were referred to other branches so that he would not be concentrated with him

There was also a slight "tactical adjustment" in Salavati's votes, as if Salavati understood the new policy.

Sheikh Mohammad Moghiseh, however, was promoted to head of the Divan branch during the presidency of Mohseni Ejeh, but it was still planned to run a non-specific branch, which was appointed Branch 53.

Earlier, I wrote in a note that Sheikh Ali Razini's practice had become very different at the end of his life, and the violation of many verdicts in well-known and non-famous cases of deprivation of life was one of his activities, as if the sheikh was not the sheikh of the difficult years of the revolution and the beginning of Ayatollah Khamenei's leadership in the Special Court for the Clergy, and his spirit had changed.

Of course, I am not aware of the contents of the hearts of the Sheikh and others, and this note is solely based on the outcome of his behavior and the recent events.

Even Sheikh Ali Razini's treatment of lawyers and their bills, examples of which can be seen in the case of the Revolutionary Court of Karaj and similar ones, was very noteworthy.
