"Distinguished Brother, Admiral General Hatami, the Honorable Commander-in-Chief of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran: May the anniversary of April 17, 2026—which evokes the strategic initiative of the great late Imam Khomeini (RA) in 1979 and stands as a historic day at the dawn of the Islamic Revolution for honoring the role and position of the doctrinal, self-sacrificing, faithful, revolutionary, and heroic Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran—be auspicious for your Excellency and all senior officials, command levels, soldiers, and diligent staff of the powerful and devoted Army.

This day is an opportunity to review the benevolent trust placed by the Imams of the Revolution, the Supreme Authority of Wilayah, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces in the Army. It translates the enduring memories of self-sacrifice and gallantry by the nation's children in the beloved Army during the protection and defense of the country's borders throughout the eight-year Sacred Defense and the second and third wars imposed by the arrogant front of global imperialism against the oppressed yet proud nation of Islamic Iran.

Praise be to God Almighty, the heroic Army of Iran in the year 1404 [2025-2026]—which was an eventful year in the divine path of the righteous struggles of the Muslim and revolutionary nation of Iran—demonstrated an effective role with great and revolutionary determination in fulfilling the slogan 'The Army is a sacrifice for the nation.' Side by side with other powerful armed forces, including the brave warriors of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Law Enforcement Force, they thwarted and demoralized the hostile and aggressive American-Zionist front.

It is hoped that in this significant and unique juncture of the history of the Islamic Revolution—where the great martyred leader of the Islamic Ummah, His Eminence Ayatollah Al-Uzma Imam Sayyid Ali Hosseini Khamenei (Sanctified be his soul), and a group of the finest commanders of the armed forces, comrades, mujahideen in the path of Allah, and the dear people have donned the beautiful garment of martyrdom in the battle against the front of Taghut and American-Zionist arrogance, and are now 'sustained by their Lord'—the revolutionary children and warriors of the Islamic front in the powerful and popular armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will continue this luminous path. Through loyalty to the Wilayah and full obedience to the commands of the Supreme Leader and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Eminence Ayatollah Imam Sayyid Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei (May his shadow endure), they shall proceed until the appearance of the Savior and world-spreader of justice (May God hasten his reappearance), raising the glorious and proud flag of Islamic Iran with ever-increasing honor atop the high peaks of the world.

God willing, the anonymous soldiers of the Imam of Time (AJ) in the Ministry of Intelligence, in compliance with the commands and measures of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and the loyal martyred Minister of Intelligence, His Eminence Hojatoleslam wal-Muslimin Sayyid Esmaeil Khatib (May his soul be sanctified), will continue to emphasize full coordination and synergy with the intelligence community and the country's armed and security forces in terms of intelligence mastery, preservation, protection, and the provision and production of security and authority against the threats of treacherous enemies."
