Referring to Narges Mohammadi's severe chest pain, the presence of a lump in her chest, and the prisoner's severe back pain, the letter noted that although Mohammadi had to be transferred to the hospital on an emergency basis for a long time, according to the advice of specialist doctors, the prison's trusted physician, and the head of the Evin clinic, the prison prevented Mohammadi from being sent to the hospital, citing the order of "upstream institutions" as the reason.
The letter warned that many other women prisoners in Evin Prison are suffering from serious and incurable illnesses or old age and that their continued imprisonment has endangered their lives, saying that if these women did not have a "security prisoner label," they would definitely be issued intolerance of imprisonment.
Vida Rabbani, Pakhshan Azizi, Motahareh Gooei, Anisha Asadollahi, Sepideh Gholian, Golrokh Iraei, and Shakila Monfared are among the signatories of this letter
