Central Election Supervision Association of the Cooperative SectorMembers of the Assembly of Representatives of the Iranian Cooperative Chamber and Provincial ChambersAccording to the notification from the Deputy for Cooperative Affairs of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare regarding the prohibition of employment and hiring of retirees in the management, supervisory, and executive bodies of both public and non-public cooperative sectors, addressed to the President of the Iranian Cooperative Chamber and consequently to the Provincial Cooperative Chambers, any candidacy, employment, election, or appointment of retirees in the boards of the cooperative sector is effectively banned and subject to legal prosecution. Deviating from this is certainly considered a violation.
