Bijan Zanganeh: We should not attribute every mistake we make to external factors.

In the early days of the revolution, many were told to take on certain jobs, and they would say, 'I can’t!' Now there is no one who would refuse an offer to take on a job three or four ranks higher, even if it's beyond their capability; that’s why we see directors becoming ministers!

We must identify and correct our internal factors. The enemy also wants to be hostile towards us.
