چند سوال خیلی ساده از دادستان کل کشور پیرامون پرونده قضایی بانک آینده

Attorney General,
Greetings,

According to a 120-page report No. 140/1403/5279 dated May 13, 2025, the deputy prosecutors of the Supreme Court have detailed numerous and extensive violations committed by Mr. Hamid Nouri, the former investigating judge of the Bank Ayandeh criminal case at the Prosecutor’s Office for Government Employees.
The report emphasizes that the non-prosecution orders issued by him regarding Mr. Ali Ansari and other former managers of Bank Ayandeh were illegal and contrary to Sharia law, and therefore requests the retrial of the said non-prosecution orders.

This report was subsequently forwarded to the Office of the Attorney General through a letter No. 140/1404/780 dated May 17, 2025, by the Deputy Prosecutor General for Combating Smuggling and Organized Crime.

The questions for which I have little hope of receiving any public—or even private—answers are as follows:

What was the outcome of the Attorney General’s review and opinion regarding the reported violations of Mr. Hamid Nouri in the mentioned case?

Considering the detailed opinion of the Supreme Court deputy prosecutors, who stressed that “the non-prosecution orders issued by Mr. Hamid Nouri cannot be regarded as judicial discretion,” how can such a person be appointed as Deputy Prosecutor and, more recently, as Head of the Prosecutor’s Office for Government Employees, prior to an investigation of the stated violations and without examining the evidence and references provided by the deputy prosecutors and the Deputy Prosecutor General?
Is this decision justifiable—for the judiciary, and even for the judges and staff familiar with this case—regardless of public opinion?

What was the result of the retrial request submitted by the esteemed deputy prosecutors of the Supreme Court in the Bank Ayandeh case?

Will you respond?
Let this remain as a reminder.
