The government, signed by the Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Support and the President, has submitted a military bill to the parliament after it was approved by the commission and then by the Council of Ministers.

I have nothing to do with the nature and content of this bill

But you know that the Minister of Defense, as a soldier, signs a binding document outside the organization, especially in an issue that has socio-political consequences, when he has obtained the permission and approval of the Commander-in-Chief in compliance with the chain of command.

Recently, in the media, parliamentarians, and political activists, there have been many attacks on the Minister of Defense and the government for presenting this bill.

I have nothing to do with whether these attacks are correct or not, and I will not discuss them in this article.

But I would like to say that whether these criticisms are hinted at or not, or if the critics themselves are really opinionated and attacked, the general perception that a soldier can sign a binding document for the Islamic Republic without the consent of the commander is a deadly poison in the process of the armed forces.

If the commander or his office does not support the soldier's action, it will be considered inappropriate for all the command and staff hierarchies, who know that all these steps have been gone until the minister has signed a bill.
