Alizadeh Tabatabai, describing some of the events after Abulhasan Bani Sadr fled the country, mentioned the killing of an army officer in Evin and said:
"Colonel Farkhunde Falqahi came to me and said that the famous story that Bani Sadr fled the country wearing women's clothes is not true. He emphasized that he saw Bani Sadr himself in a pilot's uniform when he left. "We immediately detained this colonel to be questioned about the details of the escape."
According to him, "this colonel was killed in Evin prison and the forensic doctor declared that his death was due to torture. "With the death of this person, the main clue of Bani Sadr's escape was also lost."
