While referring to the repeated emphasis of Abdi Media on the "suspension" of the professor rather than his "dismissal" from the faculty at the University of Tehran, and the specialized handling of his accusations in the prosecutor's office and the Special Court for Clergy, the content of this lawsuit and the enumeration of the professor's critiques and their management in his own writing are valuable and historical.

Abdi Media hopes that Branch 26 of the Administrative Justice Court, in its substantive review, will annul the verdict of the disciplinary board regarding the University of Tehran, at least addressing the non-compliance with procedural matters (and perhaps intentional issues), and that the Special Court for Clergy will acquit Professor Borahani of the charges against him, facilitating the resolution of the recent problems faced by the professor.
