 (January 1, 1928 – November 22, 1998) and Parvaneh Eskandari or Parvaneh Forouhar (March 20, 1938 – November 22, 1998) were victims of the chain murders.

Daryush Forouhar was an Iranian politician, the Secretary-General of the Iran Nation Party, and Minister of Labor in the interim government of Mehdi Bazargan. He was also one of the leaders of the National Front of Iran from 1977 to 1979, until he separated from the National Front in early 1979. He was also a pioneer of the Pan-Iranianism movement.

He and his wife, Parvaneh Eskandari, were killed in December 1998 during the chain murders by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence.

Parvaneh Eskandari, or Parvaneh Forouhar, born in Tehran, was a leader of the student movement and later the Iran Nation Party and the National Front of Iran.

She was the first woman to join the central council of the National Front of Iran. Parvaneh Forouhar was the managing editor of the National Front of Iran's publication. She and her husband, Daryush Forouhar, were prominent figures of the country's opposition seeking change during the years 1991–1998.

They were brutally murdered on the night of December 1, 1998, during the chain murders in Iran.
