هیئت عمومی دیوان عدالت اداری دستور هادی خانی معاون وزیر و رییس مرکز اطلاعات مالی در خصوص تعیین سقف نقل وانتقال وجوه مشتریان در شبکه بانکی با شماره: ۰۲/۶۵/۰۱/۱۵۰۲ مورخه: ۱۴۰۲/۱۱/۲ به رییس کل بانک مرکزی را با شکایت یکی از وکلای دادگستری خارج از وظایف مرکز اطلاعات مالی تشخیص و ابطال کرد.

The General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice recognized and revoked the order of Hadi Khani, Deputy Minister and Head of the Financial Information Center, regarding the determination of the ceiling for the transfer of customers' funds in the banking network with the number: 02/65/01/1502 dated 01/22/2024 to the Governor of the Central Bank based on a complaint by one of the attorneys outside the duties of the Financial Information Center.
