Deputy Prosecutor of Tehran: Based on the investigations carried out, the issue of felling trees on Fereshteh (Fayazi) Street has been raised in the Article 7 Commission and damages and tolls have been received from those who cut down trees.
Also, a judicial case has been filed in the Tehran Prosecutor's Office on this issue and the case has been referred to the expert board. The owner of the building has been summoned as a defendant and the matter is being pursued.
