The Supreme Judicial Court annulled the election of judges of the thirty-third term of the Board of Directors of the Central Bar Association

Part of the Supreme Judicial Court's ruling reads: 

Delay and tolerance in dealing with manifestations of breaking the law and failure to deal seriously with unauthorized advertising during the ban on advertising and the unregulated employment and introduction of some people as election observers by some members of the supervisory board and the lack of serious attention of the supervisory board to control the situation despite the protest of some lawyers during the voting on the quality of the presence and gathering of electoral candidates and their agents in front of the entrance door of the location of the fund to obtain the total vote indicates the lack of practical commitment of many electoral candidates to the regulations and executive regulations of the legal bill of independence of the Bar Association approved in 1400 with subsequent amendments and additions in 1402, and only announcing the level of violations to the head of the association, without addressing the objection of the representative, the responsibility of the supervisory board will not be relieved.
