Another female death? Sharifeh Mohammadi's conviction in the mirror of law and society

According to the news, the verdict was confirmed by the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Rasht to deprive Sharif Mohammadi on charges of committing a ruling by the Supreme Court.  This news means now in accordance with Article 5 of the "Code of Code of Conduct, Disclaimer, Disaster, Self -Qisam and Member, Diaiat, Loggy, Exile, Negative, Mandatory Residence, and Prohibition of Residence in Specific Location", to enforce the sentence.

We do not know anything about the details of this case, except the scattered news of the accused lawyer;  However, we know that the execution of a woman on an accusation other than the murder or transportation of drugs, as news of dignified killings, as a debris, is being debris, will cause relative inflammation in society, and will have a significant negative impact on public opinion.

Now what is the point of view and what is the position of the Iranian legal system.  Baghi is a jurisprudential word that is repeated many times in the Qur'an.  Its literal concept has been out of limits, and in the term out of the obedience of Imam just and the right is meaningful.

The point that seems to be decisive in the present case.  Outside the circle of law and law, attention to social consequences is also variable in a judicial decision.  There is no doubt that violence against women is currently a fundamental social problem that can be referred to the lack of efficient laws.

For a long time, the Iranian society has been experiencing a collective experience and collective discomfort, hearing the news of the violent death of a woman.  Women and girls such as Rojin Azimi, Sheida Kardgar, Fatemeh Sadeghi, Kani Abdullahi, Elaheh Hossein Nejad and many others are undesirable victims of women's security;  And the women and girls who are added to the log due to the continuation of the future.

Changing the current situation is difficult but achievable.  Restoration of Sharif Mohammadi's case will be a small but very effective move in which the message of revision will be inspired by the legal status of women to the community.
