Respectfully, in accordance with the directive of the esteemed Head of the Judiciary regarding the electronic facilitation of proceedings in the Judiciary and also the implementation of clauses (a) and (b) of Article (113) of the Seventh National Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and considering that currently, documents are submitted to the court by individuals through various means such as SAKHA, government messaging, ECE, postal services, and in-person submissions, which results in the reception of duplicate documents and waste of paper, printer resources, and human resources in branches, and the inability to utilize them as desired data in judicial proceedings, all legal entities (including governmental entities, public non-governmental institutions, and private entities) are obliged, starting from 1st of Tir 1404, to submit their legal documents exclusively through the SAKHA platform (legal self-service/electronic judicial service offices); in case of any issues with the legal self-service platform, they should seek guidance from the experts stationed at the Judiciary's call center at (number 1470) or the administrative justice court's response unit at (number 51200).

In this regard, all individuals with a stake in the case are required, from the date of 2024/09/01, to submit documents exclusively through the Sokha platform (Judicial Electronic Service Offices / Real User Self-Service).
