Brigadier General Dr. Moslem Yaghoubi, Deputy for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with his accompanying delegation, visited the Central Bar Association on the morning of Tuesday, February 24, 2026, and met with Dr. Mohammad Shah-Mohammadi, the President, and Babak Jafari, the Vice President of the Association, for discussions.
At the end of this meeting, a congratulatory message from Admiral Dr. Habibollah Sayyari, the Coordinating Deputy of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was delivered to the President of the Central Bar Association.
