Some of the provisions of this bill, which is known as the plan to amend the dowry law in the society, were announced on October 21 and were recently published as follows:
Determining the dowry outside the marriage certificate will be "prohibited" in any way.
The obligation to pay the registration fee of the dowry during the registration of the marriage up to 1 to 20 percent, in case of non-payment during the marriage and if the dowry is more than the age of the dowry.
Merely by submitting an insolvency petition in dowry lawsuits, the husband is not imprisoned.
