Salman Pourmoridi, who was known for his outspoken criticism of officials and the judiciary, and of course these statements are rare for a sitting judge, announced his suspension from the job of judge.
It remains to be seen whether this suspension is purely disciplinary or a prelude to the investigation of his possible charges by the investigator at the Public Employees Prosecutor's Office.
