Those who were summoned to read the prosecutor's indictment (which according to the Code of Criminal Procedure the court office is obliged to send to the defendant along with a summons) had only 24 hours to read the indictment!!
If 24 hours have passed, it is tantamount to knowing the contents of the indictment!!
