Judicial authorities should have continuous and field supervision over their subdivisions and count the strengths and weaknesses of their subdivisions, this characteristic is prominent in some of our judicial authorities, but unfortunately, some judicial officials also do not have this characteristic and only carry the name of management.

Judicial officials and managers must be program-oriented and act on the basis of a codified plan, especially in implementing the provisions of the updated document on the transformation and excellence of the judiciary.

Judicial officials and managers must be flexible to the conditions and requirements of the day and have the ability to update or modify their procedures and approaches.

Sometimes, parts of the country have expectations and expectations from the judiciary that are beyond the inherent duties of the judiciary, and in this regard, judicial officials and managers have a responsibility to explain and raise awareness.

All departments and authorities in the judiciary must have preventive planning for foreseeable issues. One of these predictable issues is security issues. In this regard, the competent departments in the judiciary should have the utmost cooperation and coordination with the relevant institutions outside the judiciary.

We emphasize that the competent departments in the judiciary should be more active in dealing with all foreseeable issues.

We have instructed the Attorney General to formulate and formulate a codified plan regarding the actions of the Judiciary to realize the slogan of the year on investment for production. You judicial authorities throughout the country should advise the Attorney General's Office in this regard.

The protection and restoration of public rights should be pursued more seriously in the new year, and in this regard, judicial authorities across the country should strengthen the councils for the protection of the rights of the treasury.

However, we must take the necessary actions against the corrupt person decisively, without negligence, and without any discrimination. It is necessary to deal decisively and legally with all corrupt people, and if a government agent is involved and complicit in a corruption, our attitude must be more decisive.

The judicial authorities in the country should follow up on the cases of violations and corruption to the end and determine the fate of these cases, and under no circumstances should corruption cases be opened and after a period of follow-up, they should be deposited in the archives. Be very decisive in corruption cases and do not be afraid to blame those who blame.

In the past year, major steps have been taken to establish peace courts. My emphasis is to help expand the peace courts and to fix the problems that exist in this area. The establishment and expansion of peace courts does not mean the elimination and dissolution of dispute resolution councils, but on the contrary, the duties and responsibilities of these councils in the fields of mediation, peace and conciliation, and the development of arbitration have been increased.

The judicial authorities should pay special attention to the protection of their subordinates and develop and expand cultural affairs in order to prevent and prevent their subordinates from slipping into the valley of violation and corruption.

The judicial authorities shall have special supervision over the security orders issued in the prosecutor's offices, sentence enforcement branches, and prisons. I am not making this recommendation in terms of reducing the prison population, because we believe that the accused and the criminal who is necessary should be directed to detention centers and prisons, but our emphasis is that at the time of issuing criminal security orders, measures should be taken in such a way that if it is not necessary, no defendant should be sent to prison.
