Judicial dignity, the missing link of the judiciary

Probably, we have said and heard this phrase "judicial honor" a lot, but it has been demanded very little.

Perhaps, if it were not for the Supreme Leader of the Revolution's explicit order to "love the judge", some people would have completely denied and opposed such debates.

Unfortunately, the category of judicial dignity has been reduced to such an extent that when it comes to judicial dignity, the first demand and request is financial talk, while this issue is necessary but not sufficient.

Undoubtedly, a large part of maintaining dignity is related to financial issues, but not all of it.

Colleagues who are responsible for the headquarters confirm that the number of letters that are sent and followed up by the officials of the department and they are asked to report their work is many and varied.

But so far, I personally have neither seen nor heard that a letter or follow-up was issued or followed up on judicial dignity and related issues.

It has never been seen that the heads of justices are asked for the number of judicial colleagues meeting with the Chief Justice.

Statistics have never been taken by the officials regarding preserving the dignity of judges and speeding up the handling of their demands.

The fact is that Imamzadeh's sanctity keeps him in charge.

When there is no effort or thought and idea about judicial dignity, it is wrong to refer all problems to financial issues.

Of course, we should not forget the role of the judges themselves in this category, unfortunately, most of the judges are not following up on these issues, and as a result, no demand from them is reflected to the officials of the judiciary, and the result is what we see.
