The General Assembly of the Administrative Court of Justice reviewed part of the National Election Headquarters' Instruction (Notice) No. 3 regarding

The General Board of the Administrative Court of Justice annulled a part of the National Election Headquarters' Instruction (Notice) No. 3 regarding the titles of posts and positions included in Clause (a) of Article (29) of the Parliamentary Election Law.

The General Assembly's vote states:

According to Part (2) (b) of Article 2 of the Majlis Election Act, 2/8/8 and amendments to the judges of the judiciary and chiefs of the provincial and provincial judiciary, they are deprived of volunteering in the constituencies of their territory, unless they are registered six months before.  Also, in accordance with paragraph (a) paragraph (a) of this Article, the Head of the Court of Administrative Justice and his deputies and advisers shall be deprived of volunteering in the constituencies across the country unless they resign at least six months before registering and not employed in that post.  In view of the above, I refer to paragraph 2 (2) of the State Election Headquarters on the titles and posts of Article (a) of Article 2 of the Majlis Election Code, which absolutely referred to the judges (a) of Article 2 of this Act, is outside the limits of the law and the intervention ...
