The head of the Administrative Justice Tribunal has communicated to the heads of the judiciary in the provinces the ruling of the public assembly of this tribunal regarding the annulment of the directive that mandated courts not to accept divorce petitions of all types and to refer them to the pathway system. According to Article 93 of the Administrative Justice Tribunal Law, 'The rulings of specialized committees and the public assembly regarding the annulment and non-annulment of resolutions subject to paragraph (1) of Article (12) of this law are valid and binding in the proceedings and decisions of judicial and administrative authorities.'
