فعلاً ناکام در راه یابی به دیوان محاسبات کشور؟

Sheikh Hadi-Bilali, head of the 32nd branch of the Court of Administrative Justice, despite strong pressures, finally regarding the complaint of Mohsen-Mina

Sheikh Hadi-Bilali, the head of Branch 32 of the Court of Administrative Justice, despite strong pressure, finally issued an order rejecting the complaint of Mohsen-Mina (suspended investigator of the Public Prosecutor's Office and Revolution of Tehran, who was released from prison after being arrested with an exemplary speed with a reduced arrest warrant) against the Islamic Council and the Court of Accounts, regarding the requirement to implement the order of appointment and employment in an organizational post (consultant of the Court of Accounts) with technical and convincing arguments.

The said decision was recently protested by Mohsen Mina and is in the appeal stage.

Now it has to be seen whether Mohsen Mina's protest will be referred to a special branch by the behind-the-scenes supporters in the Court of Administrative Justice, and will he face the challenging path of his accusation case in the government employees' court?

For the time being, I refrain from publishing the first instance decision of the Administrative Court of Justice.  But we have to see what verdict the court's appeal authority will issue?  And if necessary, both votes should be criticized and evaluated, and awake consciences should make their own judgments about the matter according to the references and arguments contained in the said votes.
