Answer:

- According to Declaration No. 58144/t 55637 dated 13/5/1398, the Cabinet of Ministers:
 * Ramsar deals lack the support and guarantee of government and banking system
 * Using Ramriers is not allowed in internal exchanges
 * Ramsar transactions are fully taken by the parties

2. Bring Dhima by paying Ramsar:
- Due to the lack of formal identification of the Ramsar as a means of payment, the payment of Ramsar does not lead to the monetary religion.

3. Ramsar's claim:
- Ramsar claims are not legal and cannot be heard
- It is impossible to issue a ruling on the payment of Ramsar and the execution of such a ruling
