In case of delay in the payment of advance payment, statement of temporary or definitive situations, adjustment and deposits, the employer is obliged to pay damages for the delay.

The principle of liability for calculating damages is the gross amount payable to the contractor before statutory deductions
The delay period is calculated from the end of the deadline specified in Article 37 of the general terms of the contract to the time of check delivery or payment (whichever is earlier).
According to paragraph (g) of Article 12, payment of delay damages by the employer is mandatory and not optional
Delays in payments lead to the extension of the contract period
The amount of extension of the contract period is equal to 50% of the delay time calculated according to the circular 11082/54/5090-1 dated 09/02/1360 and its subsequent amendments.
